We ordered some young yew hedging. Due to covid, it took a wee while to come but we were informed about this up front. The staff were super helpful when we had some issues with accepting the delivery at our end. The yew has now arrived and it's lovely and healthy. Thanks Sara!

If only all orders were as easy as this. I sent for some Buxus and Yew hedging plants. There was great communication from the nursery all along re the delivery date. The plants arrived on time, and most importantly were some of the best young hedging plants I have ever received. I'm a professional gardener so have dealt with many gardening companies, and to be honest am often left stressed and disappointed by them. I'll definitely look to buy more from this nursery...

I have just received my bare root beech hedging. They arrived exactly when you said and the plants are excellent. A decent price and excellent service. Thanks Hopes Grove. I will be back and so will my family and friends I am sure.

Since 2012 we have bought all our plants and trees from hope grove creating new and wonderful gardens. Everything has taken well and the wisteria and trees proving exceptional growth. I would not hesitate to recommend. I am just about to relandscape my new garden and can’t wait to return. The service is excellent prompt and exceptionally friendly. Five star plus from me.

Terrible customer service after receiving terrible diseased plants! Asked to be refunded but refund refused. 0 stars would be more appropriate!
Shocking!

I ordered 15 potted hedging shrubs at the beginning of April. The website was clear, helpful and the prices were very competitive. On acknowledgement of the order I was told delivery would be in May. First week of May I was emailed regarding delivery and given tracking link. Delivery was made in a sensibly sized truck and left in the correct place. Slight problem as delivery person left only one of two parcels, but a quick call to Hopesgroves soon sorted that out. Delivery of missing box came early next day along with call from Hopesgroves checking to see that all was well. All the plants were as shown on website and in good condition.
I am very pleased with the product and the service Hopesgroves have provided and will certainly use them again.
